ORDERING

1. Shop online by following the links: Add item/s to shopping cart, then pay via PayPal, or by a debit or credit card.
2. Order by email at shop@susyharper.co.uk

-Your name
-Address for delivery
-Telephone number
-Garment/s name, size, colour

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

If your order is in stock it will be despatched on the next post run day, every 2 - 3 days. If an order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
If you are ordering a ‘made to order’ item we will let you know the lead time in your confirmation email. You should receive your item within 2 - 3 weeks of the order date.
A transaction and item receipt will be dispatched to you together with your garment/s.
UK Orders
UK orders are sent by the Royal Mail service you select at Checkout.
Special Delivery: £9.50
First Class: £4.50
International Orders
International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for.
Delivery to the EU: £12.50
Delivery to Rest of World: £15
Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that if delivery is outside the UK, you may be liable to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Custom policies vary from country to country and Susy Harper does not have any control over import duties.

RETURNS

(Please note these notes apply to online purchases only)
We hope you will be delighted with your Susy Harper purchase. However, if you would like to make a return, please call +44(0)7769 702407, or email shop@susyharper.co.uk, so we can authorize the return, as all returns need to be pre-authorized.
Please make sure we receive the package within 14 days of receipt date and we will be happy to give you a full refund, or exchange. Only exchanges or credit notes will be given for returns made between 14 and 30 days.
Refunds will be made immediately on receipt of the returned goods, either directly by PayPal, or refunded to the same bank account or credit/debit card that was used for the purchase.
Please ensure you include the receipt and that the garment is returned unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. It is always best to send goods by recorded or special delivery and retain the proof of postage (or international signed for if sending from overseas).

Any items which are returned will be at your own expense and Susy Harper cannot be liable for any goods that do not reach us. If an item of clothing is faulty it will be exchanged at our expense.
Any returned orders from outside the UK need to be marked Returned British goods, no VAT or duty due so that no taxes are levied.
Any item returned because it is faulty will be refunded in full, including a refund of delivery charges.
