TactilityOur emphasis is on natural fabrics, which we often further process 'in house' to enhance sensuality and structure, and are thereby unique to Susy harper. We believe texture to be at the heart of our clothes and essential to the individual essence and character of each garment.
FavouritesMany of our pieces have become favourites and are now available all year round, with new colours available each season, to complement new collections or limited editions.

ProductionMost production takes place 'in house'. All is made locally. We believe in fair labour and local manufacture.
To orderCall 44 (0) 20 7288 0820 and simply give us the garment/s name, your size and desired colour. If the garment is in stock it will be mailed out to you, on receipt of payment, by the following day. If the garment is not a stock item then we will give you a deliver by date. because most of our production takes place in house we can usually turn things around quite quickly.
PaymentWe accept the following debit and credit cards: visa: delta; visa electron; mastercard; switch; maestro and solo. Credit and debit card transactions can be taken quickly and safely over the phone. A transaction and item receipt will be despatched to you together with the garment.
DeliveryUnless otherwise requested items valuing less than £100 will be sent by first class royal mail. This is usually prefered as it saves on unnecessary trips to the sorting office! however items valuing over £100 will be sent by next day special delivery, and will require a signature. You will not be chargred p&p for deliveries.
ReturnsWe will do our best to make sure you receive the correct advice on sizes and style suitability before purchase, however should a return be necessary please note the following: for a full refund returns should be made within 14 days of despatch date. returns should be unworn and returned in original packaging, together with the receipt. exchanges or credit will be given for returns made between 14-28 days.

The designerMichelle Anslow graduated from Central Saint Martins in 1996. Prior to establishing Susy Harper in 1999 she worked as a costume designer in film and theatre.
