Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your Susy Harper purchase. However, if you would like to return the garment, please call us first so we can have a chat about returning the garment, as all returns need to be pre-authorised by us.
Please can you make sure we receive the package within 14 days of receipt date and we will be happy to give you a full refund, credit note or exchange. Only exchanges or credit notes will be given for returns made between 14 and 30 days.
Refunds can only be made on the same credit/debit card as was used for the purchase.
Please ensure you include the receipt and that the garment is returned to us unworn and in its original packaging. It is always best to send goods by recorded or special delivery and retain the proof of postage.
Any items which are returned will be at your own expense and Susy Harper can not be liable for any goods that do not reach us. If an item of clothing is faulty it will be exchanged at our expense.
Any returned orders from outside the UK need to be marked returned British goods and no VAT or duty due so that no taxes are levied.
