How to Order
If you would like to purchase any item by mail order, please call us on 020 7704 0688 between 11.00am and 6.00pm from Monday to Friday. Alternatively, drop an email to and let us know:
- the garment name
- desired colour
- your size
- your delivery address and telephone number
- the address to which your payment card is registered
We will then call you back to confirm your order and take payment.

Our sizes vary a little between styles. If you are unsure of your size please ask us for guidance. We only do a large size in the gypsy basics and this equates to a UK size 14–16.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, apart from American Express. All transactions are done over the phone. A transaction and item receipt will be despatched to you together with the garment.
Delivery
All our garments are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We charge £6.50 for postage and packing. The cost of overseas deliveries will depend on the country we are sending it to as well as the size and weight of the garment.
Please be aware that if delivery is outside the ECC, you may be liable to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Custom policies vary from country to country and Susy Harper Ltd do not have any control over import duties.
