How to Order
If you would like to purchase any item by mail order, please call us on 020 7704 0688 between 11.00am and 6.00pm Tuesday to Saturday. Alternatively, drop an email to and let us know:
- the garment name
- desired colour
- your size
- your delivery address and telephone number
- the address to which your payment card is registered
Please let us know a good time to call, especially if you are ordering from overseas.

Our sizes vary a little between styles. If you are unsure of your size please ask us for guidance. We only keep regular stock of xs, s, m, but we do now have several styles available in large (14–16), these are made to order only. Please ask us for details.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, including american express.
All transactions are done over the phone. A transaction and item receipt will be despatched to you together with the garment.
For your own security, please do not send payment card details by email.
Delivery
All our garments are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We charge £6.50 for postage and packing. The cost of overseas deliveries will depend on the country we are sending it to as well as the size and weight of the garment.
Please be aware that if delivery is outside the ECC, you may be liable to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Custom policies vary from country to country and Susy Harper Ltd do not have any control over import duties.
